Core product

What ships today.

One modular POS, configured per business. The list below is the core. Customers, credit, repair, purchasing, loyalty, and extra branches are modules for later — they are not claimed as shipping now.

Core

Sales

Walk-in checkout, discounts, cash and externally recorded cards, split payments, reprints, and returns.

Core

Shifts

Opening float, cash in/out, close count, and variance so the drawer can be explained.

Core

Catalog

Products, services, SKUs, barcodes, tax categories, and CSV import preview before you commit rows.

Core

Reports

Daily sales, tenders, stock on hand, low stock, by staff and by item — with coverage notes.

Checkout

The counter, without theatre.

Scan a barcode, search a name, split a tender, print a receipt, reprint it, or return against the original sale. When offline is off, the sale stays a draft until the server answers.

Stock

Receiving, adjustments, history.

On-hand is the result of movements you can read. Services do not pretend to have a warehouse quantity.

Stock on hand Store · Main
Item On hand Move
Keeri Samba 5kg 84 −2 sale
Fresh milk 1L 19 low
Blade service — service
Sugar 1kg 120 +50 recv
Receiving, adjustments, and a movement history sit with the quantity — not a separate mystery ledger.

Staff

Task permissions, roles, deny override.

A cashier should not stumble into stock adjustments. Deny wins over allow. That keeps the floor predictable.

A deny override wins. Cashiers only see what the role plus overrides leave standing.

Tenancy

Windows native, browser PWA, your database.

Run it at the counter on Windows, or in the browser as a PWA. Each subscribing business has its own PostgreSQL database plus a control database for tenancy and leases.

Shop data stays in that business’s database. The control plane holds tenancy, offline policy, and which modules are registered.

Not in core yet

Later modules, labelled as later.

Customers and credit, repair, purchasing, loyalty, and extra branches can be switched on later without forking the product. Do not plan a go-live around them today.
